There's fast... then there is this place. I had my coffee before I was done paying.There are NO PLACES to sit inside or outside the shop. Strictly pick up and go.

The nicest people ever work here. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and the customer service hasn’t changed a bit. That staff is so nice

I absolutely love this location. I go out of my way to go to this one rather than the one right next door to my job, its that good. The food is always fresh, staff is so nice, and they keep the line moving fast. There is a lady that works there who is always there and she is so kind and helpful. Also BEST LOADED HASHBROWNS EVER. Everything is made with love and it shows

Worse Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve ever been to. Refused to make me a cappuccino I get everyday in Dunkin with half and half. Terrible.

Awful experience at this Dunkin. I went here with my daughter hoping they had a bagel twist which is the only thjng she likes on the menu. I ordered online and they said they had bagel twists available. When I got there they said they had no bagel twists and refused to refund my $5. They asked if I wanted any other food but they could’ve easily given me cash or cancelled my order to get my money. Then I decided to get hash browns and instead of giving me the amount of hash browns that would’ve been equivalent to the amount of money I got from the bagel twists they gave me 1 order of hash browns which is equal to $1. Overall, I feel uncompensated because they were unable to refund me and made me pay $5 for a $1 menu item. The service was terrible and the workers were unfriendly.
