A busy spot but at least the staff made my order fast and accurate!

I visited this location recently and had a disappointing experience! A gentleman ahead of me was explaining in Spanish that he had trouble ordering online, and the employee assisting him was kind and responsive. However, when it was my turn (I spoke in English although I speak Spanish), I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I mentioned that I also had an issue ordering online, hoping to be helpful, but the employee was dismissive, made a face and didn’t engage with me.As I placed my order, she started making the smoothie before I could even confirm that I wanted coconut milk. There was no eye contact and she seemed completely uninterested in providing decent service. When my order was ready, she placed the smoothie on the high counter without saying a word. I’m very petite and only noticed it because I happened to glance up—otherwise, I would’ve missed it completely due to the counter height and surrounding clutter.Unfortunately, the smoothie wasn’t good either. If you're in the area, I recommend walking two blocks down to Organic Deli & Juice Bar. Their service is better, and their smoothies are delicious—plus, they’re only $6!
