I’ve been living in this area for a year, and this is the 4th time I’ve given this Popeyes a chance. Unfortunately, I think it will also be the last.Every time I’ve ordered here, the chicken has been overly hot, stiff, and almost burnt. The food feels like it’s been sitting out too long, poorly packed, and served without care. For a chain as large as Popeyes, this location does not meet the standard at all. I’ve eaten at other Popeyes restaurants and had good experiences, but here the food quality, service, and flavor are all lacking.The service is terrible—items are often missing from the order, and when I once went back to make a claim, the staff treated me as if I were just asking for free food. That’s unacceptable. Customers not only pay with money, but also with time, and going back to fix mistakes should not feel like a burden.This restaurant has the equipment and facilities to provide better service, but it’s clearly not being managed well. The pictures they have posted on their Google profile do not reflect the reality of the food or service here.I really wanted to give this place a chance since it’s just one block away from me, but unless major improvements are made, I cannot recommend it. Honestly, they either need to raise their standards this location.

I ordered on grub hub my order came quickly b/c it was 2 am in the morning. My food was cold! The cheese wasn’t melted on the sandwich that’s how cold it was. They most likely gave me some old food that was sitting out. They did not seal or staple of bag so the delivery person had all access to tamper with my food. This location is lazy and disgusting. Those other reviews are hit or miss!

This is my first google review. I felt the need to post b/c this restaurant is disgusting. I made a huge mistake ordering from them today. I ordered in the past and the food stinks you can tell the oil is dirty. My fries take like old chicken grease. I literally want to vomit. I ordered from here about 4 days ago and when I ordered today I forgot to change the location. When I tasted the food I knew instantly I made the mistake of forgetting to update the location I am ordering from. I would not advise getting your food from here these ppl are nasty. It’s unkept and just DISGUSTING. I literally want to VOMIT and I’m pissed b/c this is the second time so 60 dollars down the drain of this dusty, dirty chicken oil food. Just to throw it in the trash.I’m so pissed, JUST NASTYYYYYYYY

The Resturant had homeless people in the lobby and when I finally got to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting for one person getting served. The manager asked me to repeat my order 3 times after he took the order. When I got home the Mac and cheese look like someone ate from it and the chicken was cold. This place is disgusting I’ll never go back. Waste of time and waste of money.

Nice Popeyes located close to the subway station with a very good amount of seating, restrooms and an ATM inside. The sandwiches are great as you come to expect from Popeyes. The Cajun Fish flounder exceeded the expectations I had for a fish sandwich under $6 and had great flavor (spicy).
