★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The place is great , service from the waitstaff is good. But extremely limited choices for the price you pay and the menu is rigid they will not make any changes. I paid $31 for classic breakfast for two eggs , potatoes, meat and bread when I said I dont eat meat and Im gf. They will not substitute so paid for everything that I cannot eat. The manager said its fine if I want to go check other restaurants that suit my choices better. They wouldnt substitute kids yogurt parfait gf in in place of meat and toast that I cannot eat.
July 28 · Decode yourSELFThis is a really cool looking bar inside the Delta terminal at Laguardia Airport. Wish it was in the city..love the layout and design.I came in for the cool looks and stayed for the great service and food.Had an old fashioned with rye and Ramon behind the bar made great one!Had their grilled chicken sandwich with a pesto aioli. That aioli was really good. Should bottle that! The sandwich hit the spot. It's a lot of bread. Would have preferred little.more meat and less bread.Comes with applewood-smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese. bibb lettuce. tomato, pesto aioli on a toasted ciabattaThe service was really good. Dianera and Ramon werw the staff that took care of me at the bar.
February 02 · NYCBuddhaWow, what a joke!$104 for a steak, a side and a coke! They make you pay upfront that is just nuts, expect do that as many would refuse to pay for the garbage they serve!Steak was raw as you can see in the picture.A bottle of warm PepsiThe side was mac n cheese, was the only thing worth eating!
April 03 · Crispin TAfter spending $87 on a $15-dollar breakfast, an runner brings out food, our server brings a cup of coffee, up sells us a sparkling water, drops off a Diet Coke and we never see her again. We can’t flag anyone down to ask for a refill, no one passes by our table again. Food was ok at best, service was as bad as I have seen. Having waited tables myself, Prime should invest in training their employees, especially for an $87 breakfast! Do better, service was TERRIBLE, staff seemed totally unconcerned with patrons, too busy hanging out with each other.
April 24 · Chris CameronSoooo disappointed- beautiful build-out. Was looking forward to real restaurant food. They ask you to pay upfront. Totally wrong vibe to start. Nice young waiter - not his fault. Average 5pm glass of wine is $25. Insane!! There are airport prices and then there are complete ripoffs.Ordered Broccolini ($12.99) as an appetizer - raw & inedible and served without the sauce. Took 30 mins to have it replaced.Cacio & Pepe ($29.99) a joke - a 3 bite plate - cold, miserable. Saddest pasta I’ve ever seen. Sent it back and got the check.I cannot believe they are serving food like this and charging top dollar! One hour into this and no lunch. A BIG NO!!!!
