We love this place. Their baked goods are so delicious! My faves are moist chocolate cake and macaroons. The cakes are amazing especially the ube and mango cake. Customer service is great.

My family and i have ordered the Mango Supreme cake for years….today we ordered it and wow. What an absolute let down. The cake looks like they counted the pieces of mangoes they put on it. Its smaller than usual and on top of that they raised the prices. So dissatisfied. Advertisement says its filled with mango and there was none. Ugh so sad you guys have lost long time customers!!!

I don’t know if its just me but I noticed the famous cheese mamon are so different now from the one they are selling 3 years ago. They didn’t just change the packaging but the recipe as well. The packaging looks flat and the mamon as well. I hope they will bring back the old recipe mamon because now I won’t recommend anymore Red Ribbon. Better buy almond sponge cake from Rainbow bakery taste even better.

The Mango Cake never disappoints! I always bring this to work every time someone is celebrating his/her birthday! Everyone likes it because the cake’s texture is so moist and it is not too sweet.Service is always very efficient, everyone in the store is helpful. Shout-out to the store manager, Lito T!
