I ordered through Door Dash an eggplant rollatini, and with my side I wanted Alfredo sauce instead of the marinara sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke to Vinny and asked about the substitution. Vinny accommodated my request and had an awesome, great demeanor about it. His customer service skills are optimal. Then for toppers, the dish was delicious. It tasted so fresh and it arrived super hot. Their Alfredo sauce is delicious. I would definitely order again and I would recommend this restaurant tenfold. Great customer service will always get my business!!!

Rocco’s in New City is one of those places that makes you feel right at home the second you walk in. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is so good. I’ve tried a bunch of things on the menu, but I keep coming back to the chicken Caesar salad. It’s hands-down the best around - perfectly grilled chicken, crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and super fresh every time.Rocco’s never disappoints. It’s a local gem!

Hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The staff show the utmost respect and treat you like family the second you walk in. Everything I tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly—you can tell they care about quality. This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

I've lived in New City for over 40 years. I come from Italian immigrants and Rocco's is not the best Italian American food around... at all. It's terrible. I only get take out pizza, as the other food is pretty dreadful Italian American food. I mostly went to Italian American restaurants in other places in Rockland, if I didn't feel like cooking my own Italian food. Most of them have closed as people retired, so I went back to Rocco's. In the last few years, the pizza has been horrible. It's a wet sloppy, greasy, salty, falling apart mess. You can't order thin crust pie, as there is too much on top. One day, the cheese fell off the crust on the way home... cheese residing on one side of the box, with the crust on the other side. So, I went with regular crust pizza. It took three paper towels to get all the grease off of one slice. You can fold a slice in half and a tablespoon of grease will be in your plate. It's gross. The crust is chewy and burned at times. I really dislike Rocco's pizza now. I finally broke up with Rocco's pizza and some of the newer places on Main Street in New City have much better pizza. Sorry Rocco and Vinny, I won't be coming back to the sloppy greasy mess you call pizza. I have found a better take out pizza right near ShopRite.

Wow what an amazing pizza place! There is food for the whole family, and the service/staff/food will have you coming back again and again.
