★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I ordered an iced latte made with oat milk, and it was absolutely delicious! I also love that the simple syrup is homemade; it adds a unique touch of sweetness that enhances the overall flavor. This drink is definitely one of my new favorites!
May 07 · Cynthia Leah OkokoLovely decorated Café, what you see is what you can buy. I love the Ambiente and idea, it's a pleasure to sit by the window, enjoy a Cappuccino and look at what's around you or watch busy Atlantic Avenue.. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Only thing I missed was something other to eat than cookies & cake, BUT the cookie was sooo delicious! Highly recommended!
August 24 · Sabrina C. LopesGreat place, lovely cafe and amazing staff!Salter house feels like a countryside home, in Brooklyn. I have tried various matcha latte in the neighborhood and they have the best one without a doubt! Everyone is always very friendly, baked goods are very good quality.A gem in Brooklyn Heights!
December 26 · Mylene AstierSalter House is one of my favorite shops in Bk. Shop is arranged with beautiful items - seems like most of the item is organic and using sustainable materials - which I’m always excited to stop by to check their curations. However, most of the times when I’m there for a quick browsing or buying items, the person behind the counter is rude and apathetic to their customers - which really ruins the atmosphere. It was a couple days ago when I stopped by with my partner to grab a quick coffee and a couple things for our bathroom, the person with blond-ish curly hair did not seem like they want to provide any information about the item nor the person wasn’t keen to greeting their customers. While checking out the items, there were some technical issues where the person started to show unprofessional attitudes - not even trying to fix or work on the devices but just frowning. It seemed to me that the person was just complaining and not showing any professionalism towards their customers. It’s not the experience I expected. They need to work on their employees.
July 31 · Mandoo MulA unique rustic place where local crafts meet baked goods and amazing tea selection. They offer a good choice of gluten free pastries, their matcha latte is also good. This is a primarily retail shop to buy kitchen ware, linens, natural brushes etc. But they have 3 tables inside which makes it a cute space to sip some tea in a cosy setting a-la Provence. Also there are a few seats outside, but Atlantic avenue is not the most picturesque place for people watching.
