Shambhala restaurant Reviews
Worst tibetan restaurant in nyc!!! Restaurant is supposed to be the same as Phayul IT IS NOT!! The server looked unkept and uninterested in serving us. The restaurant also had a rancid smell inside which is a shocker because the previous restaurant(Little Tibet) at the same location never had that smell. We ordered the pan fried momos and they were disgusting. They were fried in old oil so it had a bitter taste and a nasty taste. Also ordered chicken chili and they tasted like if a child added 2 cups of ketchup in kungpao chicken. The bad lighting in the restaurant also gave me a migraine. I would avoid this Tibetan restaurant. There are so many better restaurants in Jackson heights. Just go to the original Phayul or the location below the original one.Ps: I think the reviews on google are fake seeing how they don’t have a yelp account.
