Best ramen restaurant in the city. The simplicity of the menu suggests that they are focused on curating well prepped and fresh/high quality ingredients for the customers.Tebasaki is fried to perfection with the slightly sweet and savory sauce. The soy sauce they make is simply amazing! It’s even better than a lot of omakase spots. It makes their temaki extremely special and unique. Chutoro being my favorite.Duck tsukemen is my personal favorite. Thick bouncy noodles, duck with not much of the “gaminess” and great texture, and most importantly, the dipping broth. I could drown in it.Beautiful mix of intimate space and handmade bowls and plates makes this place so passionate and personable.Service is warm and friendly. Love this spot! - Jae C
