I went with my family to have breakfast last week, we had French toast with scrambled eggs, grilled cheese and turkey bacon with French fries, and chicken fingers with fries for my kids.Everything was excellent, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.We will definitely be back.

The worst experience. This girl that brought the bagel to my daughter was very rude when I said brought it back and I said no ketchup , they brought her the same sandwich just 2 seconds later with ketchup , are they hard of hearing because I said no ketchup and the face she had when I brought it back ! the 2nd time I wanted to smack her. Then they brought her the bagel and she said next time to order correctly because they are not going to change her order . I don’t know who is in charge there but for sure they are missing clases on professional skills . We were so mad we left the dishes on the table. Now for sure they’ll have something to complain about.

I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary because these people are so rude. I came here with my mother and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I was asked by the cashier if I wanted salt, pepper, & ketchup. I said no, and even told her “just plain” after that. When I got my food I noticed it had ketchup so it was brought back. I got my food again, this time with even more ketchup. My mom brought it to their attention for the second time, and this time they told her that I said I wanted ketchup but still ended up make a new sandwich for me. I have no issue with the mixup, mistakes happen and I get that. I really wasn’t upset about it. My issue was when my food was brought to me for the 3rd time, the woman put down my plate and told me, “Next time, make sure you order right because we are not going to remake it for you. She asked if you wanted salt, pepper, & ketchup and you said yes.” First off, who are you to give me some kind of warning? It isn’t my fault that you guys put my order in wrong. And then to tell me what I apparently said, I know exactly what I said I’m the one who said it HAHA and my mom was with me who agreed that I said it correctly. When I told her I said no to ketchup she just goes “that’s fine that’s fine” and walks away. You know what’s not fine?? Your nasty attitude lol. Someone needs to check these employees before they have no customers left.

I just wanted a rare roast beef sandwich. It was rare but it tasted a little off, and the roll was mediocre. I should have known when I couldn't smell the food when I walked in the door. I threw away what you see in the pic.

I found a large hair in my food. Disgusted. I called for a refund and was told “they couldn’t do anything”. I was told “their worker has black hair not the color in the picture” and he “wears a Hair net” it was there as soon as I opened my meal no one in my home his this color hair so please tell me where this came from…? Yeah definitely so upset and disgusted.
