★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1went there on July 28th 9:15pm. The guy who took my order sucks. I guess he was the only guy at the register. I was asking question about the bottle’s price, he gave me the tired look, then when my wife decided to buy it separately from my drink, and he gave us an attitude immediately?! I understand that it would make it unconvinced for him if we already order all the items and tell him to cancel it to make it 2 purchases, but we haven’t even told him what drink we would buy yet, what would be the the excuse for that experience that we have?!I found it really unprofessional for someone who works as a customer service associate to show that kind of face/ attitude.Food was good, he tried to ignore what i asked him about my orders all the time also.
July 29 · Hoang Qui PhamIt’s a Starbucks in an airport, what do you expect? The food and drinks tasted as good as always. I got a muffin and a drink and it took about 20 minutes which was a bit inconvenient but not too bad. The line was very long on a Wednesday at around 9:30 am. The staff member who took my order was very kind but my drink was made incorrectly and my food order request to not be heated was ignored. It’s a standard airport food location. Would recommend to stop by for a quick bite, convenient and a brand I know and love.
April 20 · Maya CThe lady that was taking care of me was extremely rude, very unprofessional, she even raised her tone unnecessary. I just asked her to add hot milk to my coffe. She made feel so embarrassed on front of the clients. This worker has some very serious behavior and attitude issue going on. This lady does not represent this amazing brand in any such a way. Attached is her picture for reference.
August 14 · miguel cabreraI usually order here because I can do it on my app and I can get my staff faster but today, instead of a matcha frappe they gave me the regular one, I wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise the service it’s ok
July 25 · Ausencia Mendoza ManjarrezI am disappointed with the service at the Starbucks in JFK Airport on March 6, 2025. Around 8 AM, as usual, I went to get a cup of coffee and asked for a cup of water with ice. However, the girl behind the counter, with an arrogant expression, refused to give me water and rudely told me that water is only available for purchase in a bottle. I am a regular customer at this location and have never encountered such treatment before. I love the Starbucks brand and have been drinking their coffee for many years, both in their cafés and at home. In every country I have visited, I have never been denied a cup of water. This was the first time, and it was solely because of this particular employee. That is why I am giving one star not to the coffee shop as a whole but to this specific worker.
