★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Jeannie in the lower level tasting room made our experience so memorable. She provided us with a great conversation and offered us a few samples to see what we liked. Not only was the drinks amazing so was her company. I'm so glad I sat at the bar and talked with her. I'm normally not a talk to people kinda person. Absolutely adore her. Thank you Jeannie!!!
August 15 · April MartinezLarge, spacious with a good amount of seating. This is located in the Empire State Building. Like any Starbucks, there are varieties of teas and coffees with breakfast options available. But this one also has pizza and dessert options. It also serves cocktails. There are options to buy merch as well. The ambiance is fantastic! There is seating available on 1st and 2nd floor as well.We were very happy with this find.
July 02 · M. S.Cool place but not enough seating. The shaken espresso with oat milk. Iced venti. Was really good. The raspberry cornsto was delicious too.
August 04 · MichaelWent here for a quick bites. Ended up having a toffee Bianco latte and the margarita pizza. My friend had an old-fashioned and the tiramisu cake. Our server was amazing! Very attentive, very funny, conversation. Overall a good time. Went around 1 PM on a weekday and it was not packed at all as you can see from the pictures and video. I want to go back and try breakfast and dinner food since it’s an Italian based restaurant (on the second or third floor)For me, there’s nothing spectacular, but there’s also nothing horrible. It's basically a chill restaurant to dine in depending on the time of day. It’ll be way more packed than other times as it’s obviously located in a very touristy building, the Empire State building.Everyone should try it at least once.
February 05 · Ana CRecently visited Starbucks reserve and the ambience is just perfect. The seating is really good on the second floor and service was perfect, they walked us through the items and their availability. We ordered the holiday espresso martini flight and it was amazing. Croissants were wonderful and flaky as usual. Loved the experience!
