My first time buying here today 6-18-25 at 1:29pm (so that whoever is in charge can see the video on the camaras and what I'm saying is true) and never will again buy from here. Worker Karli or Kaali doesn't respect the customers on the line and skips ahead people she knows. I'm on the line next to be served after waiting a while, and she calls a lady that wasn't even there when I came in and takes her order skipping me and the other 4 people behind me. Both these inconsiderate people knew what they did and wouldn't look anywhere but at each other because they knew someone was going to say something. If this is the type of employees this location has that waiting on line isn't important it's just who you know then this place doesn't deserve to be visited. I do not recommend it at all....

Went here a lot but it’s time to stop going. I wanted a strip of Sweet Onion; the old Korean man randomly grabbed BBQ and squirt all over. Wasn’t sanitary either. I saw some sort brown crumbs on the pepper cheese, Took a pic but deleted since didn’t think I would need it. Oh.. and the guy don’t change gloves per customer. If you can’t eat certain food, beware. I seen the Korean lady sometimes snap at other customers which I find funny. I avoid her; and wait for the black lady to charge me properly. I should at least add 2 stars given if it wasn’t for them. There wouldn’t be a subway store around. Ugh.. this bbq sub tho.. ugh..

I would have to say this is my favorite subway sandwich location. They are Friendly, helpful and provide suggestions. They are efficient with the service. I've never had a bad service or meal. I recently can have carbs and cheese for a little bit and they suggestions to protein bowl. It's a great chioce for an after workout quick and affordable protein meal. My photo is bare bones because I could not have cheese. But it's worth it. 2022: The hero bread 1 carb is so so sp good try it I hope all the locations stock hero bread. Thank you to the owner's recommendation 👍

The lady, Suzi, was extremely rude. The store was empty & upon arrival my husband said "I am here to pick up my order." She yelled at him "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE!"Her rudeness was unprompted. It was our own order we were picking up & it was paid for ahead of time. Why the drama? Lost a customer unnecessarily.

The worst and the worst. Food gives me food poisoning. Twice. So thats why I am writing. Not hygienic at all. Subway is the cleanest fast food. They need to change or stop these. I could not express how annoyed I am to write this. And this is my first time rating any store. Horrible.
