My kids & I have been to this location a number of times. Always a positive experience. The sandwiches never disappoint and the staff are attentive & on point.

As a loyal Subway customer, I have always appreciated the ability to customize my meal to my preference. However, my recent experience at this location was highly disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of an employee named Fareeda.When I politely requested extra pickles on my sub and expressed my willingness to pay for the addition, she rudely dismissed my request, insisting that "everything is perfectly measured." While I understand portioning policies, the way she addressed me was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. When I simply asked for her name, she boldly stated, "You can complain, I’m not afraid of complaints." This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a customer service role.After a long day in the lab, I was looking forward to a simple meal, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Due to this experience, my labmates and several friends now actively avoid this location, choosing to dine elsewhere. A restaurant, especially one like Subway that prides itself on customization, should ensure that employees treat customers with basic respect and courtesy.I urge management to address this issue seriously. Customers are paying for their food and deserve both good service and respectful communication. No one should have to deal with unnecessary rudeness when simply trying to order a meal. I hope this concern is taken into account and appropriate action is taken to improve customer service at this location.

(Updated 2019)Understocked, understaffed, and overpriced and refuse coupons because it's not the right day or they're not allowing them anymore or they have a "deal" going on for an item but when I pay its the same price. Cashier on Wednesday is also rude af.Update: Came back to get a salad because it’s quick and nearby to where I was, a chopped chicken Caesar salad. Didn’t think it’d be a problem, because I’ve gotten it at other Subways and have been wholly satisfied with the quality. Was horrendous compared to the other ones. Not only did they skimp on the dressing to barely cover a corner, the chicken looked mangled and destroyed, the tomatoes tasted bruised, wasn’t even chopped, and they didn’t seem to care for croutons that usually came with the salad. (Pictured) Their sandwiches are usually alright, not great, but I don’t know what happened here.

Staff is incredibly rude and argumentative. Even while I was trying to deescalate(since the baby inside the store was getting started) they continue to argue and be rude. The female staff member is great the male staff member is the issue.

Very small location with only 1 guy working that seems to barely understand english as I had to point out the ingredients. Either that or he just could barely hear me due to speaking to someone on the phone with an ear piece. The vegetables were super soggy and it did not seem like the guy cared much when putting your sandwich together. Definitely one of the worst locations I have ever been to.
