If there was zero star i would have given it to him. Their person mostly by the name Muhammed had a lot of attitude. It is like he is doing us a favour. Besides that he had covered the counter where there was cheese, on asking he said it is due to new york health dept. I have never seen such a thing in Subway. There was a place to stand and have your food but he said you can't have it there... The worst possible experience.. Not at all recommended.. Please don't visit

The worst Subway I have been to. literally bare minimum stuffing. I ordered online and went for pickup.

Worst food place experience I've had. Ordered a sandwich for pickup but when I got there, the worker said he didn't have the order ticket. I said ok and showed him my email confirmation asking if he could just make it up now and he said no "because he doesn't have a ticket." So I asked if he could make up the sandwich which I will pay for and just request a refund for the online order to which he responded, "Why did you order online to begin with?" What an odd thing to ask a paying customer. He then took forever to start making making my sandwich so I eventually had to leave empty handed because I was on a lunch break. Will never be back because of that rude employee. Not to mention, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund for my online order because you have to call the store for one BUT THEY NEVER PICK UP

Let me do you guys a favor. Here’s a guide for how to find the restaurant. First it’s not in the lowest level aka dining concourse. It’s just on the floor where everyone takes pictures of the ceiling of GCT. It’s near the west side entrance, in a north western corner near 45th street. You first go to the area underneath the west balcony, then you go to north until you see this Biltmore room in the first pic, then near the entrance to tracks, you can find a passage to the 45th street as shown in the second picture. It’s at the end of the passage!

This store opens at 9am. I walked in at 11:10am and the person behind the counter told me to come back later with an attitude. I asked him when and he said an hour. Considering the store is in Grand Central you would think they would have people there that want to work. I'd rather go downstairs to the food court and pay the tourist prices than wait for this guy to wake up.
