Totally unacceptable. I couldn’t even eat my wrap. Everything was out the wrap. The wrap itself was stuck to the paper and could not come off.

I had an extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience at this store. From the moment I entered and approached the counter to place my order, the employee named Anna displayed an impatient and dismissive attitude toward me.I explained that I needed to order 12 sandwiches but was unable to complete the order online, which is why I came to the store. After I placed all my sandwich orders at the counter, I asked Anna to confirm if the total was 12. Instead of answering, she deleted my entire order and moved on to serve the next customer, completely ignoring me.I spent nearly 20 minutes in the store and received no service or assistance whatsoever. Apart from being ignored, I experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. When I asked for Anna’s name and said I wanted to speak with her manager, she blatantly ignored me. It wasn’t until her manager stepped in that I finally learned her name.This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such poor treatment from a service staff member before.I strongly advise others to avoid this store, as I certainly won’t be returning. This experience was absolutely unbelievable, and I hope management takes appropriate action to address this issue.

Just picked up two sandwiches I couldn't believe there was a little tiny piece of sliced cheese. It was not even the full slice. The tomatoes were orange not red very disappointed for a brand-name place to have a sandwich like that never going back.

Had a positive experience last time I came here, but not this time -The hours on the door say they’re supposed to be open right now, the “OPEN” sign is still on, but the lights inside are off and the door is locked.

This franchise location does NOT honor Subway discount coupons. They refused to give me a small plastic cup for water. They are stingy with the amount of meat they use on their sandwich and try to rush you through the veggie toppings so you don’t end up getting more than the minimal.Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere
