Came by this new location and was pleasantly surprised. It's better than its other locations. The spicy chicken tenders were fantastic and the chicken in the chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy, hot, and juicy. I had the pleasure of meeting Farhan who not only took my order but someone who went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed, was comfortable, and satisfied. His manners and service were exceptional. His behavior towards other patrons was also excellent. Will definitely visit this location again.

Delivery. Was supposed to get the food at 6:58. Then it was changed to 7:14. Then got changed to 7:30 - 7:48. That is ridiculous! On top of that, you got the order wrong. The receipt has the correct order, but that’s not what we got. I ordered a mild chicken sandwich with ONLY tomato and lettuce and added bacon for 1.99. I got mayo on my sandwich and the chicken was spicy and no bacon. That’s $2.00 you owe me. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with just tomatoes and lettuce and added bacon for an extra $1.99. I got a mild chicken sandwich with mayo and no bacon again. That’s $4.00 you owe me. So I waited almost an hour for my order and you got it wrong. Never again!

OMG!!! This place needs to improve. 3 mistakes in 1 order. I asked for 10pc spicy chicken. I get regular chicken, fries crinkle cut!!! No other Texas chicken I have been to has crinkle cut fries. And they are stale that’s the worst part. On top of that no hot sauce or ketchup in my package. I learned for the first time from this store that ‘I have to ask for ketchup and hot sauce, it’s my job to ask’. This is the 2nd time they are making an error in my order. The first time I let it slide. Never going back to this place.

The place looks nice and I noticed a lot of people waiting for food. Which I thought was odd at 2:15 in the afternoon but I figured if the line is long it must be good. (Long line was because of slow service)Unfortunately that was not the case… the cashier rang me up for combo meals after I specifically ordered sandwich only. When I complained he said he couldn’t refund or change my order. I then proceeded to wait for way too long for my food which the cashier basically threw at me when it was finally ready. When I got home with the meal for my wife it was straight up dog food. The sandwich was gross according to her and the nuggets I got my son were the crappy ones that you get frozen from the supermarket. $23 dollars later and Tex’s chicken in the garbage can. I will never go back there again. The pits 👎
