Shut it down PLEASE! WORST FOOD IVE EVER HAD FROM TGI! ordered whisky glazed ribs and they were so hard and burnt! Mac and cheese was soup, pasta was undercooked. I was not given one of my sides either. Im so upset! $80 down the drain.

Service was 👍 thank you! But I got food poisoning and it ruined my birthday 🎂 I had upset my stomach. Not going there anymore. I don't know what happened to one of my favorite restaurants 😕 😩 😞 😫 Also the Caesars salad was dressing drowing the lettuce. Awful 😖 Every bite was like a spoon full of dressing. Terrible, I couldn't eat it. 😪

I want to give it 1 star but not because of food and service. My service was excellent, food was good and drinks were too. Gabbby the ONLY waitress there made sure I was aware of the specials, got my drinks and food all in a timely manner. My reason for wanting to give it one star is because she was there serving 25 people by herself. Making drinks, taking orders and still checking in to make sure everything was good with customers when she could. I hope you value this worker and give her a raise because what she did last night was nothing short of amazing.

I had the pleasure of visiting again for a 34th Birthday! We were greeted by Abdul, who was absolutely amazing! He made sure to check on us to see if we needed refills on drinks or to add on additional items such as a boneless wings order to go! We had a cake and he made sure to bring it out just in time! It was a memorable experience because we actually put all of our phones away(for once) and just engaged in meaningful conversation! All of the food was tasty and fresh! The tables and bathrooms were extremely clean! I tried the Whiskey Glaze and Dragon Glaze sauce on the side! I will definitely be returning again for a new celebration!

We went on a Friday and the restaurant was almost empty. The service was very slow; it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered a Chicken al Pastor Bowl and, unfortunately, the presentation was unappealing — it looked like leftovers, and the taste didn’t help either. Overall, I do not recommend it.
