The Binc Introduce
Nestled on Henry Street, in the heart of the picturesque Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, The Binc stands out as a sophisticated and intimate cocktail bar that New Yorkers flock to for an elevated drinking and dining experience. Far from your average local watering hole, The Binc is dedicated to the art of mixology, boasting a reputation for crafting some of the most complex and creative cocktails in the area. This establishment, proudly identified as women-owned, provides a perfect blend of high-quality offerings and a distinctive, welcoming atmosphere.
The atmosphere at The Binc is a deliberate creation designed for intimacy and relaxation. It is often described as a dark, intimate, and classy speakeasy-style setting, ideal for a first date, an anniversary, or simply a relaxed evening with friends. The lighting is comfortably dim, complemented by candles that cast a romantic glow across the tiled floors and marble-top tables. The music—a thoughtfully curated playlist of chill and stimulating lounge tracks—is kept at a level that encourages conversation without being intrusive. This cozy and trendy environment creates a sanctuary where patrons can truly unwind and savor their experience.
While the cocktails are the main event, The Binc’s food program is notably a couple of levels above your typical bar menu. Serving upscale small plates and larger entrees, the menu is designed to perfectly accompany the expansive drink list. Diners can indulge in sophisticated dishes like Speck Wrapped Artichoke Hearts ($14.00), Grilled Shrimp with creamy polenta ($15.00), or the popular Binc Burger ($15.00). The availability of Food at the Bar ensures that patrons can enjoy both a quick bite and a satisfying meal right where they are seated. The food is generally served until 11:30 PM, making it a great option for late-night dining.
The mixologists at The Binc are truly artists, creating amazing and truly unique cocktails. The drink menu features complex concoctions with exotic ingredients and names, such as the Fig & Persimmon Old Fashioned, the spicy Chili-Chocolate Negroni, and the inventive Mariposa-rita with butterfly pea flower tea. For those who prefer classic spirits, the bar is also highlighted for its Great Beer Selection, Great Wine List, and full range of Hard Liquor, ensuring that every preference is met with quality.
The Binc is open seven days a week, typically from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (with last call at 12:30 AM), offering flexibility for evening plans. Additionally, they run a popular Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, featuring special pricing on select cocktails, beer, and wine.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We stopped by The Binc last night and had a few cocktails—absolutely fantastic! Great vibe, well-made drinks, and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
September 23 · Rafael NovruzluNice vibe, they share a kitchen with a great Italian restaurant next door so the food is delicious and definitely a couple of levels above your typical bar menu. The lighting is comfortably dim, candles add a romantic atmosphere, music is chill and stimulating at the same time. good selection of lounge tracks hand picked by the staff and is not so loud that you cant have a conversation.. playlist is hand picked by the bartender/dj. last but not least: amazing cocktails, very creative and some are truly unique, bartender Soso is an artist and I don't ever want to go drinking anywhere else. He deserves a Michelin star. My partner and I both highly recommend that you check this place out at least once - I guarantee you will become a regular.
September 21 · Anna FMy husband and I stopped in on a whim before heading back home to Jersey—and we’re so glad we did! We only had drinks, but they were absolutely extraordinary. This place is more than just a bar—it’s an experience. Watching Daniel, the bartender, craft each cocktail with such precision, skill, and grace was like watching a true artist at work. It was a phenomenal show from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!
July 13 · Jazmin SerranoTop-Tier Cocktails & Even Better ServiceThe Binc is an absolute gem for cocktail lovers. The drinks were crafted to perfection—balanced, creative, and full of flavor. But what truly made the experience stand out was the bartender: incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the craft. It’s rare to find that kind of warm, personal touch these days. Whether you’re after a classic or something more adventurous, The Binc delivers with style and heart. Can’t wait to come back!
June 12 · Hilari ParragiThe food was amazing, the ambiance too although the service was absolutely awful. I’m not sure if it’s because my partner and I were the only people of color in the restaurant but he was so rude. He did not offer us any sort of service and we had to go up to the bar to order our food. I’d come here again because the drinks and food were great !! but the tall white male server with brown hair was disappointing and disrespectful.
