★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went to this bar in UES for a private event. It’s a small and intimate bar. The bartender was quick and attentive while working alone. The cocktails tasted good and fairly priced (Tito’s soda was about $15), and they have a good selection of drafts. I don’t think they serve any food since food had to be catered from a different place. A chill bar to have a drink if you live nearby.
January 05 · Nicole KimThe Hunterian boasts a sizable menu of outstanding craft cocktails, as well as a smaller but great craft beer selection. The atmosphere is dimly lit, cozy, and rustic, making it an excellent spot to grab a nightcap, catch up with an old friend, or take a date. Let's face it everyone looks pretty sexy in that lighting. The bartenders are super friendly and care about the glass they're putting in front of you. They are admittedly a little pricey, but at this point I'm pretty sure I've tried every cocktail on the menu and I failed to find one I didn't enthusiastically like. The bar is a bit hidden amidst the relatively quiet side streets of the UES, but it is absolutely worth the cab ride from another neighborhood.
January 22 · A.C. AntonelliFrom Trivia to Karaoke they got it all. One of my favorite bars to grab a cocktail or pint and just enjoy time spent with friends. This smaller bar is inviting and the staff are so friendly and kind. Perfect spot if you are looking to book a private event or just come hangout with some friends. They also offer whisky which helps on the cold winter nights.
February 17 · Rachael PhillipsSuch a fun, low pressure karaoke night with Austin slinging drinks all night long.
April 06 · Sloane P.Love this cozy little hole in the wall, great classic cocktails and beer selection. I highly recommend the Islay Old Fashioned. Great ambiance and bartenders!
