The Pleat Bar Introduce
Tucked inside The Draper hotel in Midtown Manhattan, The Pleat Bar is a hidden gem that offers a refreshing and genuinely friendly bar experience. In a city often characterized by its hurried pace, this establishment stands out for its warm, casual, and cozy atmosphere. It is the kind of place that feels like a welcome respite, whether you’re a traveler staying at the hotel or a local seeking a new go-to spot for a drink and a bite to eat. The bar is known for its excellent cocktails and a staff that is consistently praised for being both attentive and cheerful, which, as one customer noted, is a "refreshing" quality in NYC.
The Pleat Bar is more than just a hotel bar; it’s a destination in its own right, celebrated for its strong drinks, good food, and great service. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Was looking for a place to stay in the city and I came across this gem while checking out the Draper hotel. The bartender, Leila, told me I chose a great time because it was happy hour and the bar just stocked up on bottles of hard liquor. Alas, I had a great time. The food was good and the drinks were strong. The service was great, and the bartender Leila was warm and cheerful (both being refreshing considering it was NYC). I may become a regular.
June 23 · Brandon AThe server, Leila took care of us so well. She gave us drink recommendations and explained happy hour deals. She is very friendly and attentive. I took my friends from Japan twice already. I’m so satisfied and coming back with my friends again.
