Tucci New York City Introduce
In the vibrant and historic NoHo neighborhood, Tucci New York City stands as a testament to a rich family legacy of hospitality and fine dining. As a "sister trattoria" to the legendary Delmonico's, Tucci is not just another Italian restaurant; it is a labor of love that honors generations of family recipes while offering a fresh, modern approach. The restaurant serves refined Italian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with creative twists that surprise and delight the palate. From the moment you approach the building, adorned with lush greenery that gives it the feel of an enchanted garden, you are transported into an elegant world where every detail is meticulously crafted.
The atmosphere at Tucci is one of its most compelling features. The space is spread across two distinct levels, each offering a unique vibe. The ground floor dining room is intimate and elegant, with white tablecloths and handcrafted banquets that set the stage for a sublime evening. The lower level, however, is where the "action really is," according to one review. A cavernous space with original brick and stone arches dating back to the 1800s, it features a massive, exquisite bar that makes you feel like you've stepped into a Tuscan wine cellar. This dual personality allows Tucci to cater to different moods and occasions, from a cozy, romantic dinner to a lively group gathering.
The menu reflects this same blend of tradition and innovation. While the foundation is built on family recipes and classic Italian dishes, the kitchen is not afraid to experiment, resulting in unique creations that have earned a reputation among food lovers. The service, often described as "old-school professional," aims to provide a seamless experience, though as with any bustling New York establishment, experiences can vary. Overall, Tucci offers a sophisticated, upscale, and trendy dining experience that is both a tribute to its heritage and a fresh take on modern Italian cuisine.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had an amazing dinner at Tucci! We started with the Nonna Sesta’s Caesar and Tuna Carpaccio — both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For mains, we tried the Kimchi Lasagna (such a unique and delicious fusion!) and the Campanelli alla Boscaiola, which was rich, hearty, and perfectly balanced. Our cocktail of the night was the di Cristallo — a beautifully layered drink with just the right mix of spice, fruit, and tea notes. Truly one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while.Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance and service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
July 28 · Anastasiia RudnytskaI loved the inside of the restaurant. The food was solid but it didn’t blow me away. I really liked the Caesar salad and calamari. The meatballs were really good but again, didn’t blow me away. The chicken parm is a must try. And the tiramasu was interesting. I took off stars because they kept upcharging us, I also didn’t like that we had to pay for bread. The waiter also messed up my drink order and then blamed me.
July 02 · Neha LuthraExcellent pasta, downstairs bar has a great atmosphere and enough space for people grabbing a drink at the bar or eating. Their campanelli alla boscaiola pasta is a must. Their chicken parm is thin and the cheese is broiled on top of it giving it a nice crisp - great option for the table
August 18 · Marc GExcellent food and excellent service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to my group. The food came out hot fresh and ready to eat. The portion sizes were huge and we were able to split them between 4 people. Left feeling satisfied and full from the delicious Italian food.
June 25 · James YeeThe food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely, making it a place we’d definitely revisit. The Parmesan chicken was outstanding, the octopus is a must-try, and I absolutely loved the truffle pasta - it was all truly exceptional.
