June 15 · Ryan Burgettevery flavor that i’ve tried is so dang tasty. faithful renditions of unique asian-inspired flavors where i can always tell the quality in each bite. like the matcha for real got that good good culinary grade green pow 😫 the pop-up collab offerings (like the sticky rice and matcha ice cream affogato pictured) are also a highlight!all of the products are vegan so they’re dairy and egg free but the texture is on point w reg ice cream and i can’t even tell the difference, unlike other vegan ice creams i’ve tried. the owner and founder Austin is super friendly and happy to chat with customers over a scoop (: JUST GO TRY A FLAVOR THEY’RE ALL HITS YOU WON’T REGRET IT 😋

Very cool ice cream is so thoughtfully made with unique flavors reminiscent of my childhood and is a crowd pleaser at family dinners. It’s always one of my first stops when I’m back in NYC!!! My favorites are the chrysanthemum and pineapple cake and I can’t wait to try all the new ones :)
