I don't mind that they didn't have everything that was on the menu, but the fact that one of the things I ordered came out with ingredients that weren't listed, worried me because if I had an allergy it would have been a really big deal. Aside from that, this food was tasty and the portions were big so they justified the price. I always want to support vegan restaurants, but I definitely have mixed feelings about this place.

August 25 · CocoTHIS PLACE DESERVES A MUCH BETTER RATING THAN I AM SEEING. I will start there. I lived in NYC on and off for about 10 years (just moved back!) This place is one of the few that comes to mind when I’d be in other parts of the country and think of things “you just can’t find outside NYC.” It’s vegan Chinese and Thai food that is GOOD!! Like when you want the actual experience of Chinese and or Thai dishes, but don’t want to eat meat - this will FULLY give you that. It is an EQUAL experience to eating great, meat-based Chinese/Thai food and genuinely not lesser in any way! It’s truly delicious and filling (and protein-based!) Since I was just in Brooklyn for the first time in a while, I decided to stop by and order something. I ordered the general tso’s vegan chicken dish and it was AMAZING. I had to get on here and write something because this place has a special place in my heart and some recent-ish negative reviews are actually extremely inaccurate and I’m upset about it. Anyway, go here, it is GREAT vegan food, and just great Chinese/Thai food in general. (Oh and leave a review if you can! The negative press that’s bringing their ratings a bit down is actually uncool and inaccurate in their instance and we need to help.)

Vegan in NYC is supposed to be an incredible experience and this failed in many fronts.Poor service, bland food, watery…yes water and mushy spring rolls.Boring soup.Just go find somewhere else to go. We didn’t even finish our food.
July 02 · Bronson KurtzSeriously amazing. I had the General Tso's (soy) "chicken" and it was just as good if not better than any actual chicken I've ever ordered. The portions were great and the menu was not too pricy. The food came out fast and hot and the ambiance was modern and very pretty - definitely suitable to bring a date and have a nice experience. Would highly recommend.
