What sets Yasubee Authentic Ramen apart from other restaurants in New York is its unwavering commitment to authenticity and quality. This isn’t just a place to eat; it's an experience built on tradition and a passion for flavor. Here are some of the standout features and highlights that make Yasubee a must-visit destination:
- Authentic and Fresh Menu: The menu is a showcase of traditional Japanese cuisine, focusing on ramen and tsukemen. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients to create rich and savory broths and flavorful dishes that truly taste homemade.
- Signature Tsukemen: While their ramen is excellent, their tsukemen—a dish of cold noodles served with a warm, concentrated dipping broth—is a standout. The contrast of the chewy, al dente noodles with the intensely flavorful broth is a unique and delicious experience that is highly recommended.
- Handmade Noodles: One of the secrets to their success is the use of handmade noodles, which are thicker than what's typically found in the U.S. This gives them a distinct texture that holds up perfectly to the rich broths.
- Diverse Toppings and Small Plates: The menu features a variety of classic toppings like shoyu egg, chashu (braised pork belly), and nori (seaweed), allowing you to customize your bowl. Their small plates, such as wasabi chashu and karaage (fried chicken), are perfect for sharing or enjoying as a starter.
- Unique Drink Selection: Beyond the standard sodas, Yasubee offers a range of unique and refreshing beverages, including Thai milk tea, matcha IPA, and Sapporo Draft, providing the perfect pairing for your meal.
- Community-Oriented and Inclusive: Yasubee identifies as an Asian-owned business and takes pride in creating a welcoming space for everyone. The restaurant is family-friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and a transgender safespace, ensuring a comfortable and respectful environment for all patrons.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had such a great experience as Yasubee! I stopped in on one of their first days open, and the food + service was incredible. The employees made sure every detail was perfect. It’s the perfect spot for a casual meal or for to-go orders in the Chelsea area! I’ll definitely be back. 😊
September 13 · Diana BooneFood was great! The staff were all great and explained everything so well! Good vibes all around. Would definitely come back!
September 19 · Vincent NguyenMy recent visit to Yasubee in Manhattan was an absolute delight and a five-star experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with attentive servers and the kitchen staff l ensured my order was done quickly and efficiently. I ordered a spicy shoyu ramen, was not too spicy and had a nice kick of flavor; a savory steamed gyoza, and crispy karaage. Each was prepared and served in a timely manner. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion size, making it a fantastic value. Finishing the meal with a tasty dessert and a selection from their alcohol menu was the perfect way to cap off the meal. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys ramen or is simply looking for an excellent new ramen destination in the city. Will definitely be back!
September 10 · Mark DrumAmazing soft opening experience from our server, Alijah. From the look of the other customers faces, service is great. Simple, modern interior, with a striking color palate. Food is comparable and cheaper to other top ramen-ya around the area. Definitely worth giving this place a shot.
September 05 · Andy HojoaMelly was our server and she made some great suggestions. Thai Milk Tea was delicious. Pan fried gyoza was delicious. Service was great. We are from South Carolina but would definitely come back if we lived here.
