Highly recommend if you're in the area.
April 05 · Joe GarciaClyde, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. We came in to redeem a gift card, but their system was experiencing issues. Instead of turning us away or asking us to come back another time, Clyde went above and beyond—he honored the credit on the spot and even waived the small $3 difference. He also took down my number and assured me he’d follow up if there were any issues. It was such a refreshing experience to be treated with kindness and professionalism. Truly amazing people at this place, and we’ll definitely be back!
August 30 · David NgIf the prices were 20% lower, I'd give 5/5.Our party of 7 had a good time. However, we found the staff trying to sweep us out at just 8pm. Additionally, while the food was very good, it was NOT "$42 entree" good. Additionally, it was extremely loud in the establishment, and it was very difficult to get drink refills.To be fair, though, if you're looking for a place to have a nice family dinner, Zero Otto Nove could be your spot. Just know that there is no such thing as a quiet table- everything is open and it all echoes.Also, they'll charge you for Pellegrino sparkling water for the table before you even sit down, in true Italian style.(Spent ~$1100 before tip)

February 12 · Luis DeleonWe had a private area booked for a party and we were stuck in the back crammed in the back with less seats than we asked. We had many other people in the room with us. The whole wait staff rushed us around with the food. We ordered lots of options with the pre-fixed dinner and all we got were scoops of each rather than a plate of it. Everything has nuts in it, which we wouldn't have known and we had nut allergies. Who puts nuts in pasta? Overall, not a great experience and not worth the money spent.
