★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A very chic and wonderful restaurant. The food was truly delicious and very good. We came here without ordering and were seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable here and had a great meal. We can absolutely recommend this restaurant. A special attraction is the bookshelf. But we don't want to give away any spoilers.
May 01 · Kar NoYou really can’t go wrong dining here. The food was consistently solid, and the service was more than acceptable. I also loved the overall vibe—it felt inviting and thoughtfully curated. The menu had a unique Vietnamese twist. I don’t think I’ve ever tried a bánh xèo taco before, so that alone made the experience memorable. That said, while it was definitely tasty, I’m not sure I’d return just for that specific dish. One fun touch: the secret passage to the bathroom was a cool surprise. But sitting right in front of the bathroom door? Not the most pleasant spot.
July 04 · Richard YuI went to 5ive Spice in Little Italy and the place itself was actually really cute and had a nice vibe. But honestly, the service wasn’t great. It took a while for someone to come to our table, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful. The food was just okay — not bad, but nothing special either. I was kinda expecting more because of how nice the place looked. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t rush back.
June 16 · Elzeria SalimI had an amazing experience at 5ive Spice Taco & Banh Mi! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—every bite of the banh mi had the perfect balance of crispy baguette, tender meat, and tangy pickled veggies. The brussels sprouts were a standout, perfectly caramelized and packed with flavor. To top it off, the Vietnamese iced coffee was rich and smooth, the perfect complement to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual yet delicious dining experience. Service was friendly! Definitely a must-visit for banh mi lovers and anyone looking for a unique twist on Vietnamese flavors!
March 19 · VioletThe appetizers’ here are to live for! I often struggle to find dumplings that live up to those I had back in Taiwan, but the fried dumplings we got here were delicious, so was the lemon pepper chickens. The food portion here is large and tasty. Our server was welcoming, will definitely be back.
