★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great pastries with a beautiful storefront!4.7/5 American Biscuit ($3.75): Incredible lamination on the bun, loved the tangy sauce, lettuce/cucumbers/tomato + chicken made it almost like a lunch sandwich! Would absolutely order again!4/5 Taro Mochi Croissant ($3.5): a bit breadier for a croissant, enjoyed the glaze and almonds on top. Generous mochi filling and the taro paste was delicious.
August 11 · Tiffany Vthis is one of my go to places for cake but a middle aged lady who works there as a cashier serves attitude. i ordered a cake earlier but when i told her what i wanted and then SHE didn’t hear ME, she got upset and started giving me attitude. i politely repeated and again gave me nasty looks. i really like the pastries in this bakery but the customer service doesn’t align with what i expected it to be
April 20 · Helen LiuCame here to order a cake for Father's Day and the lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful. Fast forward to today when I came to pickup my cake, the service was terrible. I was being helped by a guy worker with multiple earrings who gave me my cake. Since this was during the father's day promotion, they were giving out a free umbrella with minimum spend. I asked the guy worker if it was possible to get the blue umbrella and before he could answer, this lady worker jumps in to interrupt and quickly grabs a beige umbrella and says rudely with a lot of attitude "you can't pick." Then, she started questioning how much my cake was and if it hit the minimum spend. My receipt clearly met the spend and there was no reason for her to treat me like a thief. Disgusting behavior and I will never come back to be treated like this as a customer.Hope management sees this and takes action against such an employee. Happy to assist in identifying this disrespectful employee. She clearly should not work in the service industry.
June 14 · K CSuch a big liar!!! This bakery falsely advertised that it used animal butter. They actually used hydrogenated vegetable butter. I bought this cake at 4pm and brought it home. It has been kept indoors at 70 degrees. Now it is 1am (seven hours have passed) and the butter has not melted. The last salesperson took my order by mistake and had a bad attitude. She finally changed it for me. She didn't apologize at all, as if I was asking for trouble.
January 21 · Viki WongGreat selection of cakes 🎂 and the coffee is medium roast flavor just strong enough to wake up and run to work 🏢
