★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have eaten here quite often and each time I would order the teriyaki chicken bowl (with the eggs and rice) and it’s always amazing! So I decided to try their newer item on the menu, the item that I was so excited to try for months! Their kimchi ramen. When I got my order I was not only upset but felt swindled out of $12.Now I can’t confirm this, but based off my life time experience of eating instant ramen, the kimchi Ramen here was ABSOLUTELY reminiscent of the neoguri instant ramen that you can get from ANY supermarket for $2. I had my partner taste it and even he said he thinks it’s instant ramen. It even looks like it.Mind you, this “ramen” only had perhaps a little bit of garnishes added to it. Not even an effort to add a fried egg, milk to make it creamy, or even cheese(it was unavailable despite the fact they say they “offer” it, but I’m sure it would’ve just been a slice of American cheese on top).I was about to recommended this spot to my friends but after today I felt very put off and swindled:(
July 16 · MeowriachiMy husband and I love the franchise, but specifically this location has disappointed. We know it usually it takes forever to prepare chicken and we’re okay with that because of how good it is. Today it took surprisingly fast, not more than 10 minutes for our order to be called. As we started eating we noticed that something is off. While we were trying to figure it out we already finished 3 pieces and it would seem irrelevant to complain about quality as we were half way done with our meal. But we realised that we were served an order that was cooked way before we came. It was cold and not as flavourful. It didnt have jalapeños and green onion as it usually does. Not that long ago we’ve met a manager named Joseph, great guy! he said he usually works in queens locations. He should come back to this one and make it work.
August 01 · Gulbanu BozayevaStopped by a BBQ spot on 3rd Avenue and was pleasantly surprised! The meat was tender and smoky with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides were fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly and quick. Portions are generous for the price—definitely recommend if you’re craving good BBQ in the area.
September 04 · Jkaela _20I order a bowl of chicken and I receive something I couldn’t eat, it was so gross and disgusting. 32th street Ktown is way superior than this location owner should pay attention to this details because we are use to good food and is not the first time I order food from this location and is really bad.
July 02 · Alexander olivares jonChicken was so overcooked I thought it was breast meat. I ordered wings. Fries were soggy as a mash potato because stored in a bag and stapled close. Whoever is the chef should be jailed.
