Bilt Neighborhood Cafe is located at 31 Bond St, New York, NY 10012, USA, in the heart of NoHo. This is a very popular neighborhood, so be aware of its bustling nature. The cafe's small size means that seating is limited, with just a couple of small tables inside. This is a place that is designed more for a quick visit rather than a long, leisurely stay. It is perfectly suited for those who want to grab something and go, ensuring a fast and efficient experience. While a customer mentioned potential accessibility issues for strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs, the information available doesn't confirm this and states that some locations are indeed accessible. The cafe is designed for a speedy, delicious exchange rather than a long social gathering.
As a cafe, our services are designed around speed and convenience. We offer no-contact delivery, takeout, and limited dine-in options to suit your needs. We accept reservations, which can be a good idea during peak times to secure one of our small tables. While the indoor seating is limited, we have a great space for those who want to take a moment to enjoy their food and drink. Our location in a dynamic neighborhood means you can easily find us and get back to your busy day.

What makes Bilt Neighborhood Cafe worth choosing is the superior quality of our products and the amazing taste that keeps customers coming back. One customer's random visit turned into a love affair with our pastries. They had no expectations but were "honestly amazed" by the croissant, noting that it was "super crisp on the outside and filled with more custard than most places, yet still soft and not soggy at all." The fact that they were "impressed with every bite" and left "really satisfied" speaks volumes about the quality we offer. While they noted the smaller size of the pastry, they found it to be "just the right size" and "reasonably priced," highlighting our commitment to both quality and value. The reviewer's promise to "definitely come back when I’m craving a good croissant" is the highest praise we could receive.
While a different review expressed disappointment with the cafe's size and lack of a "neighborhood cafe" vibe, it did highlight a crucial positive: the "Barista was very friendly so that’s a major plus." This reinforces our dedication to professional and welcoming service, even in a fast-paced environment. The reviewer correctly points out that our cafe is "great if you just want to grab something & go," which is exactly the experience we are designed to provide. Our offerings are perfect for a quick bite, whether you're trying the highly-praised **Vodka Chicken Parm Hero By Tucci**, a delicious pastry, or a perfect cup of coffee. The quality of our food and drinks, from the amazing pastries to the great coffee and tea selection, sets us apart. Our focus on quick, high-quality service and products is what truly makes us a standout choice in the city. We invite you to stop by and experience the deliciousness for yourself, whether you're a local or just passing through.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stopped in by chance on a weekend morning. There were just a couple of small tables inside, but luckily it wasn’t busy so I could sit down. I ordered an iced Americano and asked for my almond croissant to be warmed up. I didn’t have any expectations since it was a random visit, but the croissant was honestly amazing-super crisp on the outside and filled with more custard than most places, yet still soft and not soggy at all. I kept being impressed with every bite! The pastry was a bit smaller than other spots, but it was just the right size for me, and the price was reasonable. I left really satisfied and will definitely come back when I’m craving a good croissant! 🥐
May 18 · Selina LWas really excited to come here . Because I love my BILT credit card I had high expectations but sadly I arrived & became quite deflated . Neighborhood cafe really doesn’t apply here because it’s incredibly small with no seating for people to hang out & talk with neighbors . The vibe is very bland . If I remember correctly I don’t think it’s accessible to strollers , walkers & wheelchairs either . When I think of neighborhood cafe I think welcoming , socializing , locals warm vibe . Sadly not what you get here . Barista was very friendly so that’s a major plus . It’s great if you just want to grab something & go . Just wanted you to know up front .
April 02 · Kristen (Gypsy Monkey)$8 iced latte kind of spot, but no indoor seating, and a brash set of staff. Drip coffee was super watery. Pastries catered from maman. What struck me was how annoyed the lady at the front was- I get it these things are high stress, but we don’t have to inject bad vibes. Just trying to get a latte! It’s a good matcha I’ll give them that. And you get extra credit card points on drinks. Atmosphere and ethos gets a bit o a thumbs down for me, with the coffee not standing outMenu is missing milks. They should clarify that the butterfly pea latte is not coffee - shouldn’t be under the coffee part of the menu. Bring a fresh set of eyes to tackle the details — they matter
February 05 · Isabella GrandicLove Bilt Neighborhood Cafe, it brings neighborhoods and neighbors together.... especially for the month of June- you can order my Smoked Vodka Sauce Chicken Parm TUCCI Hero!
June 09 · Max TucciI’m sure that the lattes and treats are delicious but I wasn’t able to try any because the person behind the counter during the Rent Day event wouldn’t let me order what I wanted because she said they weren’t within the “promotion.” So i just left with freebie item I wasn’t interested in and didn’t actually get the points. I saw her letting other people order what they wanted. I feel like whoever you have behind the counter on days like these should be friendly and well aware of why people are coming in.
