Samples were delivered to the Homewood Suites-Plainview before their Grand Opening and we were blown away! We couldn't wait to eat everything, and honestly, my pics don't do justice to the deliciousness of their menu items! The shredded chicken and rice combo was topped with queso, a Mexican cheese creamier than mozzarella cheese. It had the perfect blend of flavors and heat. The crispy Burritodilla was filled with a wonderful combination of rice, beans, and ground beef. The breaded Jalapeno Poppers filled with a Velveeta-flavored cheese were simply awesome. Surprisingly, even when I broiled them 6 hours later, they still remained crispy and firm. The Chiwawa was the biggest surprise- a cheesy rice ball filled with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, beans, jalapenos, cilantro, and guacamole. Amazing! Bubbakoo's Burritos is a great addition to the neighborhood and will satisfy your Tex-Mex food desires. I can't wait to try their Breakfast Burrito and General Tso's Crispy Chicken Burrito next time I'm in the area!

This was our first time experiencing the food, service and atmosphere at Bubbakoo’s Burritos and it was a hit👍. The packaging of our order was clean and easy. The presentation of our order was very appealing and we couldn’t wait to dive into it. The burrito was plump and absolutely delicious and filled with exactly what was ordered. The Tostada salad was huge and really could’ve fed 2 people. Everyone inside the delicious crispy shell was chocked full of yummy tasty ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our selection and we look forward to trying everything on the menu. The new Hicksville location is clean, the staff is very engaging and they work together like a fine oiled machine. Keep it going and we’ll be back very very soon. 👍👍👍👍

Stopped in today for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was super clean, I noticed the staff wiping down tables regularly, even though it wasn’t very busy. I was greeted right away, and the person at the food station was friendly and helpful with explaining the menu (first time here). I got a bowl with steak and shrimp — everything tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. The manager came around and checked in to make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated. Nice touch. Definitely will be back.

We tried various burritos and bowls and everything so far is amazing! Nice to have a variety of great food options in our neighborhood. Our son saw the band on the bag and recognized it as his favorite burrito place in Berkley Heights in NJ! lol. Now we have it close to us. The staff is also very nice and helpful with helping us make decisions.

We have visited on a few occasions and have tried many different items, along with our occasional go to items like the birria tacos. The food quality is always on point, and I feel is the corner stone of the Bubbakoo experience. Mobile orders can be a little slow to prepare, but on every occasion it was always because they were extremely busy during the lunch rush, so the extra time is understood and acceptable in my book. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Great staff and clean store ! I tried the birria quesadilla and grilled chicken burrito both delicious. Also found out that they have halal meats which is a plus for us and our friends. Attentive staff with quick service will definitely be back!

Ordered from Hicksville Store online pick up order. Gave me a pick up time but got there 10 min after the time to pick up. Order was not ready. Most of the order was sitting for about 15 minutes before the final burrito was made. The counter person could barely understand what I was asking. 10 min trip to my home unpacked the order and it was wrong. One totally wrong burrito and one other had wrong items. All but one burrito were cold. Fries were cold and soggy chicken wasrubbery. I emailed customer service the next day never got a response. Very disappointed with this place. Ordered once before when they first opened and it was not as bad thought they would get better with timeUpdate: the owner reached out to me and explained the circumstances, I feel he was very genuine and sincere, I will place another order as I really like the concept of the specialty burritos. Im sure they will be better next time.
