Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever.I ordered a cheeseburger to-go from the kiosk and ended up waiting 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I asked a worker for an update, but she acted like she didn’t want to be there. Another worker told me with an attitude to wait outside for 5 more minutes. When I came back, I saw multiple employees just standing around chatting. Two girls even looked at me, giggled, and made me feel like they were making fun of me for asking about my order.This is at an airport, where service should be quick—people are trying to catch flights. Another customer even asked me what to do if she wanted to dine in, because no one was paying attention or offering help. I understand dine-in customers also have to order through their phone, but some older people need assistance with that. She ended up waiting about 10 minutes with no help and then just left while I was finally getting my food.Instead, it looked like 10 people were on the floor doing nothing and not caring at all. The burger was okay, but the fries tasted stale and dry.Terrible experience.

One of the worst restaurants I ever been, unclear order system, lagging web GUI. We took 2x large wings both were cold and salty. Bites were slightly better at least warm.

I was told the to go order would take 20-25 minutes. I ended up waiting 43 minutes to received my food. I asked a manager to check on it and he came back immediately with a bag. I asked if my food was sitting there and he said ‘probably’.They were dry and tasteless.

You order through QR code and have 40 minutes to close your tab or you automatically get your bill closed and give a 20% tip. Which is fine but it took them 40 minutes to bring our food out and we had to prompt them to bring a side that we ordered but never received. Also their carrots and celery were drying out pretty bad.

There have been plenty of displays. Most of them showed connection issues, those working showed insurance adverts. It's supposed to be a sports bar. Waiter took my order, asked me after 10min. again what I have been ordering. Had to wait 15min. to get a beer and 25min. to get a cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was tasteless and dripping oily. Small beer was 15usd, so as much as the food. All in all not a pleasant experience. Wished there was a burger king. Workers seem to getting a salary relative to their motivation.
