This is the carrot express at Hudson Eats. I couldn’t find online an entry so I am filling the review here. It’s an amazing place! I have lived (and eaten) in 6 countries over 3 continents. This is by far the worst breakfast I ever had. Can’t even imagine how one can make such a thing. First the coffee in the picture is supposed to be a cappuccino. Take a good look at it. Amazing! And tastes like dirt. The taste that reminds me of my early childhood playing outside and having an occasional accident to taste dirt. Down the memory lane… As for the cake, I can’t understand how could anyone produce such a disgusting thing. I am writing this review and I really want to go and ask them how did they achieve this. Amazing stuff are happening in Carrot Cake. How could these people have a business?

Catherine at Carrot Express between 6th and Broadway on 23rd St is the heart of this location. She owns the floor. She is always by herself, making the smoothies, drinks, food, taking orders, directing the delivery guys to their orders and serving out food to customers, and not once have I heard her complain! And she does all of this with warmth and enthusiasm, without breaking a sweat and a smile on her face! Ive been coming to Carrot Express for almost 1 year and a half now, and almost 5 months at this location and I can say she is a very valuable employee! Take care of her! Thank you Catherine!
