Employes Didn't know what a float was.O.k., not the end of the world. But, Then charged me over $5.00 for a small cone, which was minimal ice cream, which tasted really bad. I might has well thrown my 5.00 in garbage, which is what I did to the cone.Was better years ago.

Always a great product. We order a cake about every other month from here and the service is always amazing.When the photo machine went down yesterday they gave me a call immediately with 2 other options. They kept trying and called me when it finally worked. Everyone is friendly and truly wants to make the customer happy.We also love that there are tables inside and outside to sit and eat ice cream with our two young children. Fun family outing.

The retail price for a box of cones and cups was $12.99, so for the five boxes I purchased, the total should have been $64.95. After tax and credit card fees, I was charged $71.99.In Hawthorne, Westchester County, New York, the sales tax rate is 8.375%, which includes:• New York State sales tax: 4%• Westchester County sales tax: 4%• Metropolitan Commuter Transportation District (MCTD) tax: 0.375%Applying this to my purchase of $64.95, the sales tax should have been approximately $5.44, bringing the total to $70.39. However, I was charged $71.99, meaning an additional fee of about $1.60 was applied—likely for credit card processing or another unexplained charge.I understand that living expenses are soaring, but excessive hidden fees like this feel unreasonable. As a professional accountant for a local CPA firm, Transparency in pricing of the receipts would be much appreciated.

Very disappointed with this branch of carvel. They refuse to make milkshakes with hard cream flavors. So if you want a flavor other than chocolate, vanilla or strawberry they, attempt to concoct the flavor using vanilla soft serve and toppings. Do better Carvel, if you are scared your equipment will break, update your equipment!

Very inconsistent ice cream, as weird as that sounds. Pay for a topping, sometimes you get it, sometimes you get a dash. Either the staff needs to be retrained or they just don't care. This place was good a few years ago, not sure what happened. Will be taking all future business to village creamery, where you get what you pay for each time. Drive an extra couple minutes - it'll be worth the time to actually get what you order.
