★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The attention leaves much to be desired and they are always in a hurry. As if they desperately wished I would finish your order so they could do nothing again. As if they desperately wished I would finish your order so they could do nothing again.
May 14 · Leo FernandesI was served a very small portion of food but I guess if you're Hispanic and not Black you get the house treatment spoke to the supposedly manager here going to say I should of ask for more I don't need or should have to ask for more I paid $20 for a portion of food that's no more than $12 at a actually Hispanic food location very rude and not coming here again!
April 04 · Yvonne GriffinMy experience at this chipotle was the worst experience I have ever had. I came in to order a chicken bowl and was served a very very little portion so I ask for a little more chicken and was met with immediate attitude from the female worker who was serving me… she even walked away from me and refused to finish making my bowl… I asked for the shift manager in charged and told him what was going on and the rude female worker was on the side cussing at me using very inappropriate language… I asked the shift manager for her name and he refused to tell me ! I asked for his name and he refused to tell me … this is the most unprofessional unpleasant chipotle I have ever been to and something needs to be done. I need to know who manages this place this is unacceptable!!!!!!! This literally happened to me tonight… I’ll be back tomorrow to speak to whoever manages this god awful chipotle
August 15 · Khari JacksonIve been coming to this chipotle for months now and the portions are EGREGIOUS. Not to mention I specifically just asked for light sour cream and the worker violated me with 2 massive scoops as I was telling him to stop. Straight up ruined my bowl. If you like rice and sour cream bowls with 2 pieces of meat then this is the spot for you!
July 22 · Lucas Meade6/28/ around 8:30 This location assumes that people with disabilities are homeless, and the manager needs to learn how to address customers. I was there to purchase a bottle of water. I am wearing khaki shorts and a polo with my leg brace showing. Upon entry, the security person stopped me and asked what I wanted. I responded with, "I'm at a restaurant. What does anybody want a restaurant? Do you want to order? I respond yes, after which he follows me to the counter and stays. He did this to no one else. It is clear I'm being targeted and profiled because of my disability. I simply wanted to purchase a bottle of water. The cashiers assumed I wanted a cup; perhaps they thought I couldn't purchase a bottle of water, and then, because it took me a while, someone came from behind the counter to pay. I returned the water and asked to pay. I will not be patronized. I asked for the manager, and he seems to have no problem with the way I have been profiled. When someone asks for the manager of an establishment, it is customary and good etiquette to say, "Hello, sir/ma'am; what seems to be the problem?" Listen actively, "I'm sorry that was your experience." His dismissive actions demonstrate he is unprepared to handle customer grievances professionally, to treat all customers with dignity and respect, and is ok with discriminatory practices under his watch and unready for a managerial position in a fast food establishment located near a major festival/parade in the nation's largest city, encountering people of varying abilities on a daily basis. 1 in 4 Americans have a disability. Moreover, the security person said he was trying to help that 1) "Is there anything I can help you with? or How may I help you?" this is usually how professionals offer help at establishments when they walk in, and it is done to everyone not just "certain" type of people? 2. Once the person answers no, then help is not needed, and there's no reason to follow them and wait as they order. Unless he's not trying to help and he is taught to be suspicious of Black disabled men who walk into the establishment, which would be discriminatory.
