---When visiting Chipotle, the best thing to choose is the freedom to create your own meal. The "Build Your Own" model is the core of the experience, allowing you to tailor your food exactly to your tastes and dietary needs. The most popular choices are often the Burrito Bowl and the classic Burrito. Opting for a bowl allows for a lighter meal without the tortilla, and you can load it with a variety of ingredients like chicken, steak, or sofritas, and a wide selection of salsas and sides.
A must-have side to any meal is the Chips & Guacamole. Chipotle is renowned for its fresh, house-made guacamole, which is a key part of the experience. The menu also offers a variety of salsas, from the mild Fresh Tomato Salsa to the spicy Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, allowing you to customize your flavor profile. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, the Chips & Queso Blanco is a popular and rich addition. For those seeking a healthier meal, the pre-configured Lifestyle Bowls are a convenient and delicious option that takes the guesswork out of building a balanced meal.
While some customer reviews have pointed to occasional issues with service and cleanliness, the core appeal of the food itself remains strong. Many patrons appreciate the consistency of the flavors and the quality of the ingredients. The convenience of fast service, the ability to get a delicious and healthy meal on the go, and the overall value for a quick bite in a busy city like New York are the main reasons this Chipotle location is worth choosing. It provides a reliable and satisfying option for those in search of flavorful Mexican comfort food without the wait of a traditional sit-down restaurant.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Eating with family, entered at 22:08, it closes at 23:00 staff were initially friendly, but when it came for us to take the food away they said we are not allowed to sit down to eat, we asked why and that they don’t close till the next hour and then the server rolled her eyes and sighed.Their reasoning was that they had already cleaned.I then went back (after finishing mean) and requested a receipt for my taxes (i’m a tourist) and one again the workers exchanged looks at each other and the lady was hostile, yet i still received what I wanted. Also my daughter wanted to use the bathroom (feminine reasons) and the workers flat out refused me saying I can’t because they already cleaned the toilet.Overall the food was nice restaurant was indeed clean, just service and friendliness of workers was lacking.
July 31 · JtThe worst Chipotle! Filthy, they just permanently close the bathrooms claiming that they need to clean it if you close at 11 then Bathrooms should be open until then.Food and garbage all over the floors, careless staff, NEVER AGAIN
July 13 · Julian CotignolaI very strongly dislike the "ethos" of this company in general but this location in particular is just awful! This summer I walked by this place on a daily basis to and from work, whenever I got off early it was the only thing "open late" (11pm!!!) now that Chelsea is no longer a thriving hustling bustling creative hotbed for innovation and/or inspiration (SAD), but even when I came in at 10:17pm the entire staff was yelling and screaming and deeply involved in their personal conversations while loudly banging upended pans of meats and vegetables and rices and beans into the trash cans while also listening to loud music playing from their cellphones. 43 minutes before closing this was happening my last visit. But the reason I'll never return to this location or this company again, is how it teaches its staff to serve guests. The business model is that you can have one scoop each of about 12 different selections, but since I am allergic to onions and sadly they include large amounts of onion in half of their selections (pico de gallo, roasted corn, guacamole, fajita vegetables, red salsa, green salsa) that means I can only have six selections which is therefore only six scoops which means my order will always half the size of a typical order, and I'm not expecting them to give me two scoops of six selections, I just do not like when they not only go out of their way to shake food off the scoop to avoid giving it to you, they will also use the spoon to remove some food from your bowl just to make sure they aren't being generous, it's just bonkers to me. And, again, they were throwing away nearly filled metal containers of food right in front of me, but refuse to understand that just because some people try to take advantage of the system (asking for a total of 16 scoops), others people deserve to be treated respectfully and professionally?
August 22 · David LopezThis particular store within the Chipotle chain provided an extremely poor experience. The servers were impolite, cleanliness was lacking, and their soda machines only dispensed water. Not worth at all!!!
December 11 · Ankit MohadikarAs someone who has worked in restaurant management for many years, I waited until my experiences here seemed consistent enough to write a review. I am never one to judge a place on one bad experience, especially a chain. But I have been going here for just over two months now and the experiences have been truly awful. I’ll try and keep the list short. This location consistently:- Runs out of top sellers at any given time of day, and then refuses to make more-Has ZERO customer service skills. They are rude and consistently talk amongst themselves holding anyone else as priority z-does not change the soda lines or fill up refreshers-CLOSES the dining room TWO hours before closing?? So that at 9pm or onward I am not allowed to sit down. (This has only happened about three times but even once is absurd)-Blasts their own music from the kitchen leading to a clash with the music coming from the actual speakers-Does not take out the trash or clean tables-has zero food quality consistency, be it the rice or meat or pico. The place, unfortunately, reeks of poor management and a complete disregard for company standards. That, or, no management at all. I remember when I was 17 working in restaurants and everything transpiring here is reminiscent of what would’ve happened if I was left to my own devices. I love chipotle, I always have but I cannot go back here when there are so many other spots in the city. And the experiences continue to disappoint. I hope it improves soon!
