I recently ordered Cookies & Cream with two Oreo toppings at this Cold Stone, and it was very disappointing. The ice cream had almost no cookie pieces, lacked the creamy texture Cold Stone is known for, and tasted more like stale vanilla than Cookies & Cream. Even with the extra toppings, the quality was poor.This was unfortunately the worst Cold Stone I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to this location. It feels like corners are being cut, which hurts the reputation of the franchise.

It was a delightful treat to visit this Cold Stone Creamery location! It was my Neicey’s very first time and the young lady who serviced us was excited to make her experience a memorable one!She loved it and recommend this establishment wholeheartedly!

Excellent ice cream! Amazing customer service. Were able to accommodate my son’s food allergy and double checked the rest of us to make sure we didn’t forget about any others. Definitely worth the trip!

Fahad was so amazing from the moment i walked into the store he greeted me and was very attentive and helpful. The customer service is beyond amazing and the store is very clean. This is best cold stone i have been to and its my first time coming to this location. Extremely big and nice and omg it has chairs if you want to sit and have your ice cream. I do recommend visiting this location you won’t be disappointed.
