★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came here for restaurant week but since it was the last day they said they were only doing dinner (did not appreciate this information not being on the site). Food was overpriced and mid—the bisque was much too salty and the lobster quite chewy. I got the burger, and the patty itself was bland, which I could clearly taste despite having sauce, onions, etc. to go with it. The truffle fries were decent, and my friend did like the croque madame, saying that the bread was well toasted. And the bananas foster was solid as well (I credit this to Mustak, the person who made it, as opposed to the kitchen itself.) But considering the steep pricing for this meal, I’d say not worth overall. So all of that gets a 3/5, tops. However, I would very much like to shout out Mustak, the captain who was on shift, for his kindness. He noticed that I was having some throat problems and whipped up a little home remedy for me, which I was so grateful for. We struck up a lovely conversation and at the end my meal, he brewed up another pot of that remedy for me. I’m deeply appreciative of the compassion he showed and for the brief (but will stick with me for a long time) connection we made. 5/5 for Mustak, who was the best part of my experience here.
August 20 · Sarah WuSo so good!! The escargot was actually insane and the drinks to die for. Also the peanut butter caramel pretzel ice cream? Insane. 20/10 recommend
September 03 · Sabrina UrbanI visited today for their Restaurant Week menu. Based on their website and in-house menu, I chose the half-dozen oysters as my starter and steak frites as my main dish. However, when my order arrived, I noticed there were only three oysters. Upon asking, I was told that they had downsized the portion for the Restaurant Week menu—something that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. This felt misleading. The steak was decent, but the portion was disappointingly small. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Given the overpriced menu, average food quality, and less-than-welcoming service, I won’t be returning.
February 05 · Hsiao-Hsuan LuHad breakfast here two mornings in a row while staying at the hotel. The dining space is nice but had an unappetizing smell while I was there. Similarly, the breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about and both mornings it was over $50 for breakfast for one. It’s convenient when staying in the hotel and service is good but I wouldn’t come for a meal if I was not already in the hotel.
October 14 · Maggie JDowling's was such a wonderful experience. The menu was so diverse and creative, and the service was exceptional. The wait staff and chefs were all so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. The food was so fresh and made to perfection.
