Dunkin' Reviews
I work a block away from this Dunkin’ and commute on the subway, so this location in the 5 Av-53 St station is ideal for me. I stop here for coffee multiple times per week (and have for a few years), and have to say this is the most consistent location I’ve ever experienced. I stop at other Dunkins and sometimes the cold brew is weak, iced coffee is bitter, or they don’t read the order right and I end up with 37584 pumps of flavor when I asked for 2 - but that has never happened to me at this location. The staff here is always friendly and fast, and their prices tend to be good too (they’re cheaper than the ones by my place in Queens). As long as you don’t mind going down the stairs into the station to grab your order, I highly recommend it over the other locations in the area.
August 02 · Tom KmiecikI order a medium cup of cold brew. The cup was only filled to around 4/5. I asked them to please at least fill it up, and the clerk just took my cup and added some ice into it. This is just plain ridiculous and disrespectful. I paid $5 for a cup of coffee, not ice. The management and service for this store is terrible. I’ve always had pleasant experience at the Dunkin’s in Massachusetts. Filling my cup with actual coffee instead of ice will not bankrupt the corporation!!! The manager and clerks are incredibly cheap and fake. They would rather walk to the ice machine to fill my cup with ice instead of just turning around and open the tap to fill my cup with actual coffee. Seriously they need to fire whoever is in charge.
June 09 · Charlotte ZhangThis post is strictly for the donuts. I haven't tried anything else here, but the donuts are the best I've had in any Dunkin' location, and I've been to a LOT. I go out of my way to walk the extra couple blocks from work to get them even though I have another location around the corner. Flavor. Freshness. Softness. They're perfect.
February 03 · Chris RuizThey made the coffee good but could have been better. Very crowded space which makes sense because it is inside the train station. The service was quick though. Wish them best of luck 🤞
December 20 · Shany ThakurFirst of all, I paid 3 times, the cashier said that the payment was rejected. I checked in my revolut transactions and it was like “pending”, then I asked if they will refund me the first two payments and they confirmed. But finally my bank has confirmed the three payments and now I can’t claim because we aren’t from NY. Last but not least, donut quality is so bad.
