Doesn’t make sense how this Dunkin is still open. Food is always stale. And don’t ask for it toasted that’s how you know the quality can’t see how hard it is but it’s bad had to throw away.

I ordered via the mobile app as usual—an extra-large black coffee, a ham and Swiss croissant, and a Boston cream donut. When I arrived, my order was almost ready, except for the donut. When I asked about it, the staff said they were out of Boston creams, but why wasn’t that reflected in the app? Also, why did I have to remind them of my order? Shouldn't they have it in front of them? The staff seemed lazy and unprofessional, eating behind the counter instead of providing good service. Very disappointed!

They’re supposed to be 24 hours. How y’all don’t have donuts at 11/midnight? Then the manager had the nerve to get loud with me because I made an online order he couldn’t fulfill due to lack of resources, and he demanded I canceled it so that he wouldn’t have to give me my refund personally. Very rude, very unprofessional. He couldn’t handled the situation with so much more hospitality and kindness considering the app didn’t specify what was and wasn’t available. Neither of our faults, at least I’m assuming he has nothing to do with what the app tells me, but as the customer, I could’ve gotten upset and spazzed. I had more right than he did, after all, im the one wasting money! Now I gotta wait 2-3 days just to get a reply- no guaranteed refund, but the worst part was his attitude. His approach could’ve been different is all.

I am a NYC transit worker and for more than twoyears I have been trying to order a small coffee but I’m always told that that they don’t sell small coffees this is so strange because every other Dunkin’ Doughnuts I have gone too carry small coffees except this one, making some one spend money they don’t want to is really unfair please stop making your loyal customers spend money they don’t want ..terrible policy!

Worse customer service!!! Every single time I go to this DD they always mess up my order. The employees have such a nasty attitude. This was the last time I go here. I rather walk a little more and go to the DD on Broadway. Such a waste of money going to this DD by BP Gas station.
