It’s so frustrating because I try to be clear, but it still happens. And when I bring it up, they just give me this weird look, like it’s my fault or I’m being difficult. It’s honestly disappointing.

We didn’t received the coffee we payed for (wrong drink and without any syrup). The Flavor bottle was empty, instead of taking a new one he just put the last two drops in the one drink, the other one didn’t get any.
