I was on the way to the hospital for surgery when I felt sick. We pulled over and asked if I could use the restroom. Without any hesitation, the staff let me in. Thank you for your kindness.

This Dunkin’ location is incredibly clean, spacious, and well-lit. It’s in a prominent spot, and I love that it's right next to a Pilates studio.The atmosphere is unusually pleasant. Other customers here seem especially friendly. I also appreciate that it appears to be run by a crew of minority women.Overall, I enjoy coming here for the occasional treat, though the food and drink are standard Dunkin’ fare. Definitely one of the better NYC locations!

Got delivery. Drink was poorly packaged and spilled all over the food and inside of the bag. The drink itself was a Smores iced latte. Tasted bad, not even a hint like Smores, was definitely not made properly. In fact, I am 99% sure they sent old iced coffee with a splash of skim milk instead of a latte---being cheap and trying to save money I suppose. I couldn't even drink it. I ordered a donut and it was missing completely. No call, no replacement. They don't even have a working phone number listed. When you call the number they have on here it is some sort of scam line not even related to Dunkin Donuts. Poor location all around.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in . Spacious , clean , and friendly staff . Nice long table to sit at and you can lookout the window . Quiet so you can talk to one another easily too . Please don’t let the stairs out front deter you . There is a ramp for walkers & wheelchair users to the left if you are facing the building . Be sure to join the free app rewards program . Well worth it . Ordered online before I got there & it was waiting for me when I arrived .
