The person at the counter could not understand what I was saying, despite me speaking very slowly and repeating myself multiple times. I ended up leaving with an order completely different than what I wanted.

The worst customer service! I ordered something and realized I wanted something different and had to change my order. The cashier loudly says “omg” in a frustrated tone and displayed her frustration/annoyance. This definitely got under my skin. Also, she could barely understand me when I ordered very clearly. On top of that, they are very disorganized and it took forever to get my order. Also, I ordered a sausage and egg wake up wrap which included HALF a sausage patty! The first time I ordered a maple bacon and egg wake up wrap and it was missing the bacon! So, bad customer service plus ripping me off means I’m not going back. The only positive thing was that the woman who actually called out and handed the orders to people was the only one who had a good attitude.

Ordered a bagel & cream cheese & the person preparing it was too lazy to put the cream cheese on the bagel. I always come here & this has NEVER happened before. WTH!!

As a customer and a employeewho works in the food industry over 11 years, I come in every morning to this location and order the same thing everyday, this morning two ladies in the front started arguing with the guy (heating) up the food orders in the back of the restaurant. I had to get up and ask for my order as they completely didn’t even start or put it my order. I have a certain amount of time when coming in every morning so I like to eat before heading in to work and this morning they took up my time @ patience, they were very unprofessional in arguing in front of a line of customers and not serving their customers and more concerned about their argument. I even told them as an employee of the food industry they were HIGHLY unprofessional!!!
