Normally the delivery rider is responsible for safe delivery of the order but this is the third time for delivery that 4-5 drinks have been shoved into a singular bag along with bagel bites and multiple sandwiches and snacks. You can literally see the coffee overflowed inside the bag. The receipt on the side of the bags lets you know how large the order is. 4 large drinks and 4 sandwiches/snacks. The previous 2 times my sandwiches were squished but there wasn’t too much coffee spilled and still edible so I let it slide, but this is ridiculous, everything is drowned. The entire order arrived drenched inside the bag, if you see the live photo you can see the coffee sloshing around inside. Workers seem to not know how to count, and also have never played tetris. The cup holders provided are made for 2 drinks and MAYBE a small snack in the center, not for an entire order for a small family. Maybe some retraining is needed on how to prepare deliveries or something. Actual children could package things with more common sense than this

It is always a pleasure to visit the Dunkin' at 2800 Broadway! The managers there are very professional and polite! They greet you by your name and always provide the best service. I also like this Dunkin' because it is always very clean. Customer satisfaction is very important to them. Keep up the great work! 😊❤️

The workers are so friendly and provide excellent service especially Adil and Anamul. They’re so nice and really care about what customers want. Atmosphere is clean and spacious. They have a big selection of icecream, donuts, and drinks. They’re quick with your order and provide great quality.

This store has friendly and helpful crew. I ordered a donut and it tasted fresh and soft. I have been to both morning and afternoon. Both have different service styles. The morning is more crowded so it’s faster but the best service I received is during evening before they closed.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and donut in the afternoon. The service was great. I didn’t catch his name but whoever served me moved fast and made me a very good coffee. The donut was also fresh - I love their coconut flake donut. This might be my new go-to Dunkin
