★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Poorly managed Dunkin’ Donuts. This branch is waaay too slow. For an airport where people want to grab a bite on the go, they want fast or normal service, Not Extra Slow DD!I stood in line for half an hour to get to the front , and then I had deal with a self check screen that didn’t work. By the way in case you didn’t know DD, self check does not speed things up, it slows everything down. I don’t know what the geniuses at DD were thinking. Everybody in line was angry and frustrated.Anyhow when it was my turn the machine couldn’t scan my juice so I paid $7 in cash for my orange juice.
July 22 · M KotiCoffe and tea are basically just water due to the amount of ice they put in and dared to ask 1 dollar for a paper cup, you might as well go to rob, unbelievable
August 12 · Pu GuoOne Star – Dunkin’ Scam at JFK AirportAvoid this location at all costs. I tried to use my Dunkin’-branded gift card (yes, the official Dunkin’ card through their app) and they flat-out refused to accept it. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a complete scam. Why brand a Dunkin’ card for loyal customers if you can’t even use it at a Dunkin’ location in a major U.S. airport? The staff couldn’t explain why it was being declined and showed no interest in helping or escalating. No signage, no warning — just a rude refusal to honor the card. Either this franchise is cutting corners, or Dunkin’ has completely lost control of its branding and customer experience.Embarrassing and infuriating. If this is how Dunkin' treats its loyal customers, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
August 02 · Derek TeskeI think people have very high expectations for a DD and then rate poorly.Anyways, I got my coffee quick and it tasted really good . Quickest I ever got any coffee in JFK actually.
September 26 · Linda AbidWaited in line for 20 minutes to get to a kiosk and order yourself. They were out of half the stuff on the menu. Waited another 20 minutes for the food. The receipt shows they charge an extra 8% for "employee benefits and retention". It is NOT the customer's responsibility to pay employee benefits. It's the company's.
