I have had two bad experiences at this location, the first time I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher lemonade and the worker gave me a pineapple mango and then when I told him that’s not what I ordered he tried to say that I did meanwhile I was on the phone when I ordered my drink and the person confirmed that I did in fact order the strawberry dragon fruit and not the mango like the worker claimed I did. After I asked if he can please change it all he said was I’m sorry and didn’t change it and after all this I just wanted a refund and he ignored me so I just left with the drink and it tasted horrible. The second bad experience I had I went recently and I wanted to order an avocado toast and they told me “we don’t make sandwiches at this time” and it was around 6 pm so I was very confused? So I don’t recommend to go here because they will either give you the wrong food/drink or lie about not selling products.

The food and drinks were good. The customer service was great. The cashier helped me out with their store gift card and was professional. They have a decent place to sit and enjoy food. A nice spot for hangouts while waiting for someone or with someone!

i’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over two years now maybe three I’ve seen all management and employees come and go. By far the management that is working with the store right now is the best I’ve ever seen in my history of going to Dunkin’ Donuts and any other fast food restaurants. I work at the hospital next-door and the highlight of my day is coming to pick up my coffee on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons when I see my favorite worker Hussein, working over there. This young man at 17 years old is running the restaurant very well working by himself in the afternoon. I respect him and I must honestly honor him for all his hard work and ethic that he does not only with providing me with my order but also for providing the other customers and their orders. He greets all customers with respect and smiles at each and every single one of the customers and asks on how their day is going. He always makes sure that we walk out the door in a positive and happy mood and with the correct and right order perfected. I am honestly shocked on how amazing this young man is not only him but every other worker that I have seen working in the store at the moment. Whoever owns this franchise or knows this young man Hussein really needs to recognize him because the work that he’s putting in, is honestly outstanding and he deserves a raise. Always makes my coffee right always gives me my hospital discount and most importantly always makes sure I leave the door in a happy mood and always smiling. Store is always clean and there is never a mess around. if there is a way I can give you guys 10 stars I would!!!- Tom

I’ve never had a problem at this Dunkin. The staff is great, especially Mohammed. He is very friendly, helpful and tries to be as quick as possible. The food as always, is tasty and the drinks as well.

Place is always dirty, not well kept. Customers have to clean or ask the employees to clean the table. Place needs a good scrubbing.
