The staff member working during my visit was extremely rude and clearly needs proper training. Each time I come in, I’m left waiting while she avoids providing service.I also observed a serious hygiene concern: she touched garbage and then immediately handled donuts without washing her hands or wearing gloves. This is unsanitary and unacceptable for a food establishment.I hope management takes action to ensure staff are properly trained in both customer service and food safety.

Professional and respectful staffs..Manager of this store knows how to make my ice coffee.Not a lot of dunkin knows how to make my coffee, some too watered down and others too sweet.. but this manager made it perfectly. 10/10Hope this gm gives her a raise or a bonus.Great outdoor dining seating and a pickup window for those in a rush. Has a bathroom and spacious indoor seats.Definitely gonna make this my go to Dunkin since it's near my house.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN

A new Dunkin’ store it’s really nice and they have an outdoor area. Donuts behind a window what I really like even if I don’t eat donuts. My kids sometimes do. I don’t know what happened with the bagels or croissant it’s become almost half size smaller as before. Avocado toast my favorite here (I just copied the recipe) and made it home. Service a little bit slow I had one experience when the gentleman let me go front of him, but cashier didn’t. he said “sorry he was here first”.No problem, on the other side of the street is the Paris Baguette if I don’t have early things to do then I choose them after 7am. Otherwise don’t get me wrong Dunkin have a great taste of food

Only drink dubkin coffee. However this is my first time at this location. The 2 young ladies were doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting and CURSING. The 2 older women were doing everything. Coffee did not taste like I have at every other location.Hope the owners can be there sometimes to observe.

Served old coffee that taste like tail. They refused to make a fresh pot and refused to refund. They are better options around.
