I stopped in for a small iced coffee and egg bites. The young man at the front mistakenly rang me up for a hot coffee, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, he quickly resolved the issue and promptly got me an iced coffee. In my exchange with him and watching him dealing with the customers, he was extremely attentive, had a wonderful rapport with each customer, and had an amazing and professional demeanor. I noticed on the wall that this particular location received an honor for being the best Dunkin in Essex County, and I would have to agree, especially with a manager like this. I was also watching him interact with the staff, and he was on the ball getting things done . Even though there were a lot of people there, it was not noisy.

I use to love coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts the other one nearby is worse than this one but this store has been on a recent decline of bad orders. Last three times I’ve been I always get a bagel with cream cheese and this is what they serve every time. There is either little smooch maybe even like a little sample of cream cheese on it never spread out just plopped on to it.

Absolutely horrible, the food staff doesn’t understand simple dietary restrictions and will have your vegetarian meal smothered in bacon grease before you can take your next breathe. The staff refused to redo my order and gave me an attitude that can only be described as “befitting of the area”.

Honestly this is why I hate going to dunkin nowadays because I got a donut and a drink then asked if I can get change of a $5 dollar bill to get singles for my bus and she said she doesn’t have change when I saw the money in the register when I paid prior. SMH will never come here again they always think someone a drug addict trying to pass off fake bills either way I told her what it was for and declined me so now gotta hope the bus driver lets me ride for free
