Very Rude employees. I was getting a caffeinated drink at the location, and a male employee took my order. Once I got my order I told told them politely that it was not what I order. He was mumble something with an attitude and said something in another language. I just wanted to ask for my money and leave. Then I notice three other people got their orders wrong. That employee needs manners and respect I don’t go to that store to get stuff for free I actually pay. He was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL that is not acceptable.

Out of a few locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn I’ve frequented, this one number 1! The attention and service is phenomenal I’m greeted with what I think is a real smile. I’m taken care of, my order is memorized and they really go above and beyond to make me feel respected. I’ll happily tip and wait to get coffee from this location rather than go to any other location.the cold brew is satisfying, of course if I had the means to go drink coffee at the local independently owned coffee shops I would but I simply had to give attention to the staff that are there on Wednesday and Saturday they are extremely polite, helpful, kind and they execute my simple order quickly and if this review helps them in anyway I’m happy to leave it.There is minimal space to really sit and unwind but why would you want too. Keep it moving. This spot is perfect for those on the move and are searching for supplier of caffeine on their daily routines.For those coming into the city off the yellow line it’s a few steps away.

Worst possible experience with a Dunkin yet. Me and my friends went to grab some Dunkin before heading home from NYC. The guy at the register single handle messes up all our orders. My order was 2 Carmel ice coffees with EXTRA Cream and EXTRA liquid sugar (one for me, one for my brother) and I said this twice to him just to make sure he got it. I get a coffee with less than the bare minimum of cream or sugar. Bring it up to them and get almost the same exact coffee back. And my friend order a Black french vanilla ice coffee. The simplest thing you can possibly make....they give him a Pumpkin ice coffee with cream and sugar. He brings it to thier attention and he waits 5 mins to finally get his french vanilla ice coffee.... With cream and sugar in it.We were so fed up we just left. I'm making it a point to just avoid this Dunkin in the possible future of trips. Pictured below is Thier idea of a coffee with extra cream and extra liquid sugar. Disgusting
