The Cheese Calzone is another crowd-pleaser; its generous filling of ricotta and mozzarella cheese, balanced by a savory marinara sauce, is a perfect example of classic comfort food done right.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We tried the vodka pasta with chicken Parmesan. It came with a delicious garlic knot and marinara sauce. The vodka pasta sauce was the best I’ve had. We also tried a calzone with ricotta, mozzarella and pepperoni. I am not a big fan of ricotta cheese because it overwhelms the flavor of the food but it really complimented the calzone. The owner was really friendly, as were the employees. 23 years open speaks for itself! Best food I’ve had in NY so far!
September 12 · Moni ArciThe calzone and vodka pasta were excellent!! The marinara sauce was very authentic and excellent tasting. The staff was amazing and were very helpful. 10/10!!!
September 12 · Marce"Hey, brother" was the friendly greeting I got from the man that I took to be the owner. I wanted a slice of genuine NYC for lunch and I got it.I ordered a calzone and diet coke. Simple but tasty. Good prices and I expect I could have had more traditional fare but I was in a rush.Lots of blue collar workers in there, male and female, gives an indication of good value.
August 17 · James MarshallGreat place for lunch! My boys absolutely loved the pizza and even said it was the best they've ever had. The food was delicious, and it’s always a joy to find a spot that makes the whole family happy. Highly recommend this place!
March 30 · Frank SueroOh. My. God.First, I ordered a pasta with clam sauce, but instead, I got a swamp monster. Why is this thing filled to the brim with pasta water? I feel like I'm looking at Cthulu's babies. If I wanted soggy baby food, I can easily get that at a fraction of the price. I drained and threw it out, and I almost never throw food away because whenever I do, I bring shame upon my ancestors who suffered through the great Chinese famine. But in this scenario, even they gave me a pass.I was going to let it slide, however, because I got a refund and we all have off days. Except then I kept getting calls asking me to pick up another order I never placed, and I repeatedly told them that I had already gotten my order an hour ago, and that I had not placed another order. They even had the front desk in my building call me, to which they received the SAME ANSWER I had given already. If I wanted to be disturbed and harassed, I would just unblock my exes. But I don't want to be disturbed or harassed, thank yew.
